These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website operated by Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. and the purchase or use of products sold by the company. By accessing the website or purchasing products from Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. (“Cold Cycle Coffee®,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms.

Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. is a Delaware corporation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

The Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. website allows customers to purchase commercial beverage preparation equipment and related consumables, including the Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. machine, filter bag consumables (“saddlebags”), and related accessories such as saddlebag sealers. Our products are intended primarily for commercial customers such as cafés, restaurants, and offices, though they may also be purchased by consumers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is installed and operated according to all instructions. The Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. machine requires a 120-volt AC power supply with a standard U.S.-style plug. The machine is designed for beverage preparation and must be used only for its intended purpose.

The Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. machine is designed to operate with approved Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. filter bags. Use of third-party or non-approved consumables may damage the machine or affect performance and may void warranty coverage.

Customers are responsible for maintaining proper sanitation, cleaning, and food safety practices when using the machine. Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. does not guarantee beverage safety or quality where sanitation practices do not meet standard food-service requirements.

Prices and product availability may change at any time. Orders placed through the website may include preorders for products scheduled for later fulfillment. At the time of writing, preorder shipments are expected no earlier than December 2026.

Payment processing is handled through Shopify Payments or other authorized processors. By completing a purchase, customers authorize Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. to charge the payment method provided.

All intellectual property associated with Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. products, including patented brewing methods and patent-pending filter bag technology, is owned by Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. Purchasing a product does not grant any license to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or replicate Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. technology.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc.’s total liability for any claim related to the purchase or use of a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or product downtime.

Disputes arising from these Terms or from the purchase or use of Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. products will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Arbitration will take place in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Customers agree to waive participation in any class action or representative proceeding.

Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events outside its reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.

Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or products constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
