Refund policy

Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. accepts returns of eligible products within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, customers must contact Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. at howdy@coldcyclecoffee.com within the return window. Returned products must be shipped back to Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. at the customer’s expense.

Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. machines may be returned within 30 days provided they are in acceptable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Consumable filter bags (“saddlebags”) may not be returned once opened. Unopened consumables may be eligible for return within the 30-day return period.

Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. does not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
