Commercial Warranty

Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. provides a limited one-year warranty on the Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. machine covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. will repair or replace the defective machine or component. Replacement units may be refurbished machines or refurbished components.

This warranty applies only to defects resulting from normal use of the machine according to Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. instructions.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper cleaning, failure to follow standard food-service sanitation practices, use of non-approved consumables, commercial misuse, or water damage to electronic components inside the machine casing.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning and sanitation procedures. Failure to maintain reasonable food-service cleaning standards may void warranty coverage.

Cold Cycle Coffee, Inc. filter bag consumables are not covered by warranty once used.
